The most ridiculous customer service experience. I’m young, but don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Felt judged and belittled by the sales assistant. She freaked out every time I touched the bag I was looking at purchasing?! Are your bags that fragile that they can’t be touched? Are they that poor quality? Seriously? Welcome to 2022, young women have their own money, and your sales assistant treating us like we couldn’t possibly afford your bag, is NOT the strategy that works on anyone post boomer. Keep up! Do better. I appreciate this lady has probably been trained to act like this to “sell exclusive”, I know that’s a “strategy”, but it’s an OLD strategy that needs to go.
