Great staff very helpfull and very fast in getting answers & reply's

A tenants perspective:- very unorganised. You will spend most of your time speaking to the receptionist, leaving a message and never getting a call back.- up to 38 days outstanding on repairs. Only an email requesting a rent reduction has had any impact at motivating the agency to chase items up.- 7 days waiting for emergency repairs (no access to water).I hope they improve and I can write something better. I have dealt with Raine and Horne, First national, McGrath, Ralph and century 21, and by far this is the worst experience as a tenant.

Dealing with Pascal / Pat has been pleasurable experience, one which must be dearly noted as from our countless experiences most are not even half as professional and caring as this legend, I can truly say that this gentleman (Pat) is a priceless asset to the real estate business. I would highly suggest you reach out this professional if you are looking to buy / sell or lease a property in the area, you will be thankful as I and my family are!
