I was here last night (February 27) after 9pm. The service by the woman (in her 20s?) is impeccable. I cannot fault friendly customer service with a smile. As another plus, the food was incredible. Fantastic, A+ from me.

just take one bite of their food and see what happens. you’ll be in for a shock. i personally wanted to flee the establishment as soon as i took a whiff of my “burger”. my nostril hairs now have split ends. they promised to “blow my taste buds” and they definitely will never be functioning properly again. i am now traumatised and will be getting in touch with my counsellor to guide me through this pain. can america please take your drive thrus we don’t want them. also i think my onion rings were made from hair follicles. #wontbeback #zerostars #iwantarefund

Burgers were cold and buns were stale. The patties seemed like they had been made hours ago. Chips were soggy and cold also. We have had several good experiences here but tonight was not one of them. Expect better as Carl's is on the expensive end of the scale . Will probably not return.

Burgers were cold, tasted OK but cold.Asked for fresh hot chips, they were only just warm and old. Must have been sitting in the bin for a while not nice at all. We were all very disappointed. Tried to ring them but goes to a message bank!! Really, this is a Friday evening and they can't even answer the phone. What a sub standard organisation. Don't go there. Go anywhere else just don't go there. You will waste your money. Pathetic!! It was expensive dog food. We ended up getting Hungry Jack's.At least it was hot, and you got what you paid for. Hungry Jack's reliable Burgers!!

The team were super chilled and served our orders promptly and politely. The counter staff patiently explained the different meal deals there was and didn't bat and eyelid when I ordered the largest family meal and then a tradie deal. The staff even gave me a discount on the tradie deal by removing the price of the drink as my family meal had 4 drinks and there were 3 of us. Dining space was well spaced out and had lots of privacy to ourselves. Will definitely visit when in the area.

They completely stuffed up my order after waiting for 40 minutes for delivery through Uber:Fries were soggy; small double cheeseburger instead of large double AngusPhoned the manager to complain, no apology just advised to call Uber and sort out though manager - Elliott confirmed they had stuffed up the order.Called her back and advised Uber had only refunded $8 of $30 order and asked her what accountability/responsibility she would take as manager .- nothing offered just keep passing the buck

DONT GO HERE. I GAVE THEM TWO CHANCES TO WIN MY BUSINESS. THEY FAILED & THE DISTRICT MANAGER BRIANNA JUST MAKES EXCUSES FOR THE STAFF14/02/2023Walked up to the front door at 3:30pm and again it was locked (AGAIN). Staff at the front counter ignored me for nearly 10 minutes (AGAIN). In store menu was incomplete & didnt replect the advertising out on the main road 70 metres away (AGAIN).19/11/2022To walk up to the front door at 12:30 & find it locked was a shock. Tried the other door and it was open. Told a staff member and she said it stays locked. Poor form!First time there and the 3 promo items on the front door weren't on the menu and in nearly 10 minutes of standing there, never came up in a rotation so I went back to the door to read the poster.Got asked if it was eat in or take away, said eat in, was told the drinks are free refills and was told to take a seat.The couple that ordered ahead of me was brought their order at the table but my order was called out for collection. They eventually brought it to the table in a takeaway bag.Lucky the burger was delicious cause everything else was a let down considering the price
