For 7 years I have been the owner of a unit in a Rockingham complex, strata managed by Summit Realty of Waikiki. I have also sat on the Council of Owners all that time and so have worked closely with the Strata Management Team at Summit Realty.Kim and Darlene go out of their way to keep the complex of 16 units running smoothly. They are level headed, always available and excellent value for money.Speaking from many years experience, I highly recommend their services if you seek competent strata managers for your real estate. They have been, without doubt, a good choice for us.
