We utilized this service for our 11-month-old mini-groodle Henry starting with his first grooming experience.I do not recommend this service because of not being provided feedback on pet behaviour in a timely manner, cancellation of appointments last minute, and when feedback is provided – it has the appearance of being disingenuous. This feedback is based on the following events with this service:The incident:>>>Was advised less than 30min into his final groom with the service that Henry had gotten agitated and snippy. This behaviour is very out of character for him as all prior grooms he was given high praise by this groomer. Safety and training are paramount with all animals, so I requested that the grooming cease so further training could be undertaken. An appointment was scheduled for four weeks later.The actions taken:>>>Daily training occurred with a blow dryer, and an electric trimmer to ensure Henry was ready for his next groom. The snippy behaviour was never replicated despite actively attempting to do so for training purposes.The follow-up:>>> Four weeks later, the day of the rescheduled groom, the groomer indicated they were unwell as a result of bad prawns" and could not make the groom and would reschedule.>>>The subsequent day
