Bellissimo Gourmet Pizza & Pasta

This was my second time I ordered delivery and came on time. I had the Vegan pizza. The flavours were great. Only thing is I find the crust to be a little under cooked. It was difficult to eat. I had the rest for breakfast and put it under the grill which made the pizza more crusty and better to eat though had to use knife and fork. I’d be happy to order it again though next time I’ll request no onions as I think there was too much onion and very thick pieces.

Delish pizza ! It’s hard to find a good pizza place especially, like us, you’re in a place for the first time.Stand out was pepperoni, and Italian devil. YummmmmCouldn’t fault it.

Our go to for takeaway pizza. Pizzas are great and staff are great. 10/10

Waited nearly 2 hours, it was so raw!Pizzas are expensive! And taste bland.We got the wrong pizza delivererd.I’m highly lactose intolerant and I specifically ordered my pizza with lactose free cheese.2 pizzas out of the 3 are suppose to be the same, what we got was 3 different pizzas entirely!All 3 were raw and cold!If I could give zero stars I would have.I use to be a cook and I was producing pizzas like that my boss would have had my head!Honestly disappointing experience.Spend your money elsewhere!

Recieved the wrong order and was quite frustrated. Upon calling, the staff were generous and understanding, offering to redeliver the correct order at no extra charge despite being very busy.Thanks guys, will happily order again.

Ordered through Menu Log, waited almost 2 hours for food before calling the restaurant to be told they have their own drivers and it will still be another 20 minutes. After then waiting that time, the app was stating our food had been delivered although it hadn’t been. Food was average and definitely very disappointed by the whole service.

Ordered a big foot.WOW that's a pizza ! Well cooked, great toppings & a lot of pizza for the money, whole family fed with some left for tomorrow ,love that. Will be getting more bigfoots ( bigfeet ? ) found our new favourite takeaway woohoo !

RAW Schnitzel!! I almost had to poke it with a fork to make sure it’s dead. Disgusting.Plus it took them 2 hours to deliver, even though I’m just 10 minuets away.

I ordered a chicken parmi and it was so dry it was inedible wedges on the side were still frozen in the middle. And the driver tried to charge me cash after paying by card.Edit: very unprofessional behaviour lying to their customers, i have the reciept to prove i purchashed one :)

Ordered take away from here on Friday evening and was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the way I have been treated. I called back after my meal arrived to query my bill and question why I had mushrooms in my cabonara when I explicitly asked for no mushrooms. I ordered two separate meals and paid separately but was double charged for home delivery fee and was also charged for 2 x chicken on my cabonara. You would think the gentleman would be apologetic but instead was argumentative with me and kept talking over the top of me. Being frustrated I hanged up. I called back again to express my disappointment but again the gentleman was not listening and kept interrupting me when I tried to speak. Again I said goodbye and hanged up. I tried a third time and this again he was not listening to me. I explained to him that I no longer want to talk with him and asked for his name and for the owner of the store to contact me. He flatly refused and said no. I replied I will leave a review and ring back another day to speak to someone else. He informed me he would delete the review and block my number. I do hope this post is not deleted and the owner contacts me so I can inform him or her of what had happened. I did ring back the next day and the call kept going to a message bank. I called in a different number and the number rang. How rude and disgusting to actually do this.There are always 2 sides to a story. It's very disappointing the owner didn't take the time hear my side.Edit : No one informed me that I was out of the area. Heads up guys - give the customer the choice before charging them. I ordered 2 different meals and they were paid for separately. My meal came with the coke and the docket which wasn't what I ordered. Seriously though I wasn't rude at all. I was simply trying to explain my situation and all I got from the other guy was talking over the top of me. I was talking to the female and I asked to speak to someone else. At no point did he try to resolve my issue. Offer any assistance. This guy has responded with lies and not told a true event of what had happened. His response to my review ends on a personal attack about why I write reviews. Lastly, why was meal charged for 2 x chicken when there were two separate orders. The other meal should have been charged one and my order one. I will never have anything to do with this place and will be telling everyone of the terrible service. What kind of owner does not take the time to reply themselves or try and contact myself like I asked.
