I had two approximately inch long splits in my car seat leather on the back rest... Liz and Warwick to the rescue! I had to ring around about 5 different leather repairers and restorers before I finally got to Liz and Warwick at the Leather Doctors.The first 3 basically told me they wouldn't do the work, stating that the types of tear were not easily repairable. The fourth told me they would need to replace the whole panel of leather and also wanted to clean both front seats and other nonsense in order to colour match accurately... I told them what I told the first 3, that it didn't need to be a perfect job, just good enough to stop the tears getting worse for now, I wasn't expecting miracles, but they basically told me that they wouldn't do just a patch repair and colour. So finally I got to Liz and Warwick...I had to leave a message for them as they're out on the road all the time but Liz did well to get ahold of me on the phone while I was on holiday camping in Eyre Peninsula, took her about 3 goes! We had a good phone conversation about what was needed and after seeing photos of the required work she reassured me they could do the job, no worries, no extra cleaning required, no complete section replacements. I had to wait quite a bit for an appointment as they were super busy at the moment, but they came last week to pickup a headrest for colour matching the paint (Warwick inspected the tears in person then and admitted that it was probably trickier than initially said but that they could probably still do a good job anyway) and then came back just this morning to do the repair...Took them a little under an hour and the results - even though I didn't need them to be - are practically seamless. If I didn't already know that there had been some tears I don't think I would know at a glance that there was any repair work done, and even with more time to study the seat it would still take me awhile to even identify where the repair had been done.Really sterling work, above and beyond expectations, and they're both super nice too. Very pleased with what they've done for me and can highly recommend them if you need some leather repair work done, just be prepared to possibly wait awhile for them to have an opportunity to fit you in as they're quite in demand at the moment! Probably not going to be able to do a sudden emergency repair for you because of how busy they are, but if you can wait, and you want a good job done without any uncessary messing around, these two are definitely the people to call.

Not at all happy with the job they did. Quoted me $264 for the 2 lounges. Said it would take them 1 and a half hours. 2 people completed the cleaning in 25 minutes. That works out to over $500 per hour. They don't look much better after being cleaned. Also said there was a tear in the leather. Not sure if it was there before! I certainly hadn't noticed it. I finally agreed to pay $175. Still too expensive for a 25 minute job. Definitely wouldn't recommend them. Also the lady walked in the front door with a can of soft drink in her hand. Not very professional. I think they need to change their attitude.

Very very happy with the job undertaken by Leather Doctor Marion. Warick and Liz arrived at the time they said they would be there, both were very professional, and stopped to show us what was being achieved before and after on our lounges. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and other services that they provide i.e repairs. We were so happy we are getting them back to clean and recolour our other lounge suite.Job well done guys, keep up the good work. Will recommend to family and friends.Maxine & Michael

Poor customer service experience and poor work from the lounge doctor Marion branch.Did not honour quote after taking the lounge for conditioning and upholstery work.Disappointed to use them and want to warn public to be careful about these rippers.

We had our dining chairs cleaned by Liz and Warwick who were both professional and friendly. I am exremely happy with the result. They quoted a price up front and also organised upholstery repairs on one chair. Well done.
