I came to Carlisle Podiatry for a minor foot complaint, caused by prolonged chronic lower back issues. Josh has helped immensely with dry needling, as well as referring me on to another part of the team (Ned at Archer Physio) to further assist my recovery. These treatments have meant I’m back enjoying exercise and life relatively pain-free for the first time in years!I’d highly recommend the entire business for their care & concern for their patients, as well as professionalism and expertise.

I had not been sleeping for ages, lost track to be honest. I was so fatigued. I was getting cramping in my lower leg that I felt the need to try and kick out. Up at all hours walking around the house trying to stop the pain.Well, went to see Josh for something unrelated and he did some dry needling in my shin. I figured hey can't hurt, was ready to try anything.Well that night I didn't wake up. Slept right through the night. No one was more surprised then I when I woke up refreshed in the morning. Amazing. Its a shame heath funds don't fork out more for podiatry. We are on these things all day and they really can make such a difference to your mental health when you're not able to sleep.

Josh was brilliant. Treatment was explained very well and planned for full function. My feet seem ok but have achilles and calf issues. Several methods were used. Mobility of feet bones and dry kneeling of calf and back. I was very impressed and happy with Josh and his service.

Josh was recommended to me and I'm really grateful for that because he has helped me enormously. Today was my last session with Josh Cheng. I went to see him a few months ago after having heel pain following physical exercise particularly after badminton sessions. He put me on a adjustment and dry needling sessions. After 4 weeks I noticed a significant improvements. Pain was almost gone. Today session confirmed the problem have resolved.Josh and the staffs at Carlisle podiatry have been wonderful.
