I Bought a Weber barbecue from the shop in Joondalup excellent service, Ben was very pleasant to deal with offering good advice, when I purchased the barbecue he even threw in a couple of extras at no extra cost. They were well organised rang me straight away when the unit arrived. I would certainly recommend the outdoor chef for all your barbecue needs.

Great store! Amazing spices that are very different, and well worth the trip to stock up. Staff are very knowledgeable about bbqing, techniques, cuts of meat, smoking food etc. They share their knowledge freely and truly want you to love the bbq experience. Awesome!!!

Fantastic knowledge and service. After an equipment malfunction on our Weber, we were directed to Weber themselves for warranty work. Owner (sorry, i forget your name) was spot on with that info and Weber helped us quickly and easily. We will not hesitate to come back for our next BBQ through this great local shop. Thanks heaps.

Disappointing. Paid 16k for an outdoor kitchen and expected better with service and execution. Lack of communication with their partner, RangehoodsWA who blamed each other for failing to deliver rangehood to my place. Had to leave my own workplace to go pick up. They also left me with all the packaging, metal off cuts and timber which won’t fit in my bin. Then the inverter switch was forgotten. The fridge was delivered damaged and I had to chase up 3 weeks later and still waiting. The quality of cabinets and bbq is good but the experience was very ordinary by outdoor chef and rangehoodswa.

Great store. The smell of the meat cooking in store just made it even better! The range of products was really good and the friendliness of the staff made shopping here for our bbq so easy.

One year on from install and the equipment and kitchen supplied by Outdoor Chef is still in fantastic condition even after being used daily.Ross and team and Outdoor Chef Joondalup are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to help out. Fantastic store, lots on offer, amazing range of bbs and accessories. Highly recommend.
