Green Water Plumbing

I had GWP install a tank to house setup.I was really happy with John's fast response to a request for a quote. He was also able to offer a solution that worked really well for us, better than another solution that was proposed by another group. Technically he knows what he is doing and does it well. As described below the office work and scheduling needs a lot of improvement.The work was completed (in the end via another plumber) and I'm actually really happy with the final product.But...The actual process of getting it done was 3 months of calling and trying to get set dates and times of installations. Why did the tank need to be installed over 3 dates (6 if you include concrete, delivery and final plumber)? No idea, because in the end I actually got another plumber to finish the job. The only reason I can think of is that he completed the job after the financial new year and dated the completion for before that time, for taxation purposes.He doesn't do email quotes. He actually tried to charge me an additional $1000 by losing" the quote that he gave me and going back to an initial quote. I had to retrieve the quote he sent me on an old phone via txt.As for installation. why he couldn't connect everything on day 1 and test it works via pouring water into the tank or leave the setup on the mains water until the tank filled is beyond me. In the end he didn't even finish the job and called me 5 months later asking if I wanted the job finished as he had just remembered. No problems as I had it fixed the next week after he left from another plumber.TL;DRWorkmanship is good not exceptional
