Excellent service and help with queries about bed and mattresses. The Sara double bed we bought for $249 looked way better than the photos. So happy with purchase - daughter loves it, and my mother wants one. Had been looking at a similar bed from another store and it was over $1000. Will try to add a photo later.

I wanted to love them and at first I did. The mattress is great but apparently the Sara bed base isn't compatible with hard floors and the middle legs completely broke and the slats fell out. They finally came out and tried to fix them but this bed base should come with a warning! So much for the warranty...

Sumner Park. We spoke with Steve, who explained the differences between various mattresses. We ordered that afternoon, and it was delivered before lunch the next day.

The delivery was quick but would have been nice to receive a call/SMS advising of the delivery time prior as I was called to say delivery was in 30mins but I was at work with no other option of delivery time so they literally let it outside my garage otherwise I would have had to wait another week.The base is perfect the but the mattress not worth the $250 paid Giselle box mattress same price much better quality.

Easy transaction did it on a Sunday was given a call, super cheap delivery fantastic communication the person I dealt with was so lovely and helpful. And delivery organised for only a couple of days after I am to receive tomorrow very excited especially when most stores don't have stock and you can't get for months and double the price. Thankyou for a wonderful experience. Will buy again.
