11/03/2023 12:49AM . Charged me twice the amount for Coke and when asked for it , demanded the price was right . Coke 375ml 2 for 4.40$ clearly displayed on the fridge . Not even a word of sorry and seems like he was a racist . Worst Customer service skills .

Offered fantastic customer service and first-aid after I asked for help following an injury while riding my bike nearby. Threw in a free Kit-Kat as well to help cope with the soreness, amazing!

Have been here 3 times late at night when my local suburb is all closed and one particular bloke really needs to check if customer service is really where he wants to be. Hes cold, judgey, uninterested. Im still unsure if its me he had an issue with or just really hates his job. First time i thought rude but maybe hes having a bad day but every time hes got a real chip on his shoulder. Hard to describe.. Then last night there was a window cleaner there washing the doors. He was also in a bad mood. When i went out the door (acknowledging the same bad customer service guy was on). The window washer who was still doing the doors let out a big grumpy huff. I said sorry and he said “no you’re not”!! Forgoodness sake, whats wrong with this place. On a positive note the day time staff are lovely
