Just had my bloods taken by the most skilled pathology technician I've ever experienced. Due to the lifestyle choices of youth my veins are mostly collapsed and impossible to find resulting in needing ultrasounds and the best" nurses and Drs stabbing and gouging at me for very little result if any. Each time I’ve taken my baby here there has been a long wait, BUT the paediatric collectors are fantastic!! If they aren’t confident about getting blood out, they’ll get a more experienced collector, rather than just practicing on my baby. Impressed & gives me confidence.

Been waiting to see if hubby had indications of a serious disease, very anxious times and the person doing the testing made a typo in the surname so the results werent there when doctor needed to review them, Call from doc didnt get results so we had to go back to where test was done and get lady to chase the results up, then found out that his surname was typed wrong. Unnecessary worry for hubby in this serious situation. Unproffessional.
