Unprofessional, poor communication, they do not care at all about people or small businesses- only big companies (their words!) Long story short I made an appointment last week to get my personal tax and Tom’s business tax sorted out - I was very clear about what I needed and Tara made an appointment for me today with the “director”. However just before the appointment I have waited all week for I was called and told that they’ve had a look at my file?? (I haven’t sent them anything yet)…and wanted to clarify if we were a company or sole trader because they’re not taking on clients like us anymore which is fine but why on earth didn’t you tell me that last week?? So dodgy and untrustworthy. Need to update your website too and be honest about the services you provide.
