Nice atmosphere although it’s assigned seated so not a great place to socialise. Prices are expensive and the Chardonnay was undrinkable as it seemed like it was poured from a bottle 3 days open and old.Service was good and our server was a polite dude who gave us a complimentary dessert as the one we ordered was out of stock

What a find! My boyfriend and I were here whilst visiting the Blue Mountains and were struggling to find somewhere that ticked all out boxes and just looked nice, until we found this place! Really delicious food, lovely staff, great cocktails and a lovely atmosphere too. If we are ever back in the area we will absolutely come to Bootleggar again!

Good take away options. They had the food ready before I even got in the car to drive and pick it up. So rare to have a gluten free BBQ place available. I'll be back for a dine in experience next time in the blue mountains.

Cool bar at Katoomba! Craft beers mostly. Nice food really. Chicken was surprisingly juice and soft. Not overly salty which I liked it! Burger patties and brisket are tender and juice too. Toilet is upstairs, I don’t think there is an elevator for handicapped to access conveniently.

Worth a stopover when in Katoomba. We were driving through and got a table upstairs without a booking. The pulled pork with fries was delicious. Cocktails and beer abit pricey. Friendly staff.

This place is cute. Nice vibe, warm atmosphere, friendly staff. We ordered fried pickles, half rack of pork ribs, the brisket, and a side of smoked mac and cheese. The ribs were tasty, a little on the dry side, but a nice sauce. The mac and cheese was nice, and it's always a treat to see fried pickles on the specials menu. But the brisket was tragically, criminally overcooked and dry. Suspect they pre-cut it and it just dried out completely before serving. I'd go here again for a drink before a meal (they have a great range of cocktails and beers) but probably won't be back for the food.

Amazing venue to eat and drink. Fabulous interior and incredible menu and range of cocktails. Absolutely loved the time we spent there. Staff were fantastic too and very friendly made our experience there so wonderful!

Very sophisticated, good quality bar. Food was excellent, beer on taps was basic yet excellent. Cocktails looked stunning, staff were friendly and polite. Great location. Highly recommended

What a fabulous hidden gem. We had a really lovely evening. Warm, relaxed atmosphere with great music. The Cure was playing which amplified the already relaxed and welcoming mood.Ben and his team were the quintessential hosts! Welcomed us from the moment we stepped through the door and gave us recommendations. We had a few drinks from the menu - chilli infused tequila, local whiskey, and Ben accommodated my sugar free diet and created something ‘off menu’. Ben knows his craft!We had the Brisket Burger and Texas Bean Nachos with smoked cheese which did not disappoint.Highly recommend The Bootlegger Bar.

When I saw the reviews for this place seem rather great, I decided to write to them for a reservation as there doesn’t seem to be that many good restaurants in Katoomba.Today finally I was here for dinner and the food was so good. I had the Fried Chicken Burger and Pulp Fiction cocktail. Both were so amazing. Would recommend anyone visiting Katoomba and Blue Mountains to book the Bootlegger Bar for dinner. Can assure you will not regret it
