Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpfulOur experience buying a house with John as the agent was fabulous. John has fantastic market knowledge and was happy to share what he knows to help us along our journey. His communication was exceptional, always making sure we were aware of what was going on and what we would need to do to be ready for the purchase. He scheduled open homes at different times and on different days which made sure everyone who wanted to was able to visit the property. Thumbs up!As a buyer, I had a great experience with John. He was flexible in arranging inspections with only 30 mins notice (so that I could get a second opinion from my sister in-law on the property). I felt John was upfront with all the information provided to me through out the process, and was helpful and proactive when there was a small issue with the laundry sink prior to exchange of contracts. Thumbs up from me.
