Amazing customer service, everyone is very friendly. The clinic is quite large with the latest technology and so many treatments to choose from.

I’ve found Instant Laser Clinic to be genuinely caring, with insightful staff and effective treatments.For the past three weeks i’ve been treating a skin graft on my face have seen dramatic improvements to the texture of my skin and accelerated healing. Dr. Mathew Jafarzadeh is very thorough and has gone out of his way to be compassionate and reassuring throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

I’ve seen Allira several times for spider veins treatment and have had an excellent results. She was professional and full of knowledge. Asked me many questions to get to know my skin before starting treatment. I will definitely be returning for more treatments.

I have been visiting this clinic years ago. This time around I came to see their professionals to be saved. To my unfortunate luck I have sustained a chemical burn to my face. I though I will be a monster for the rest of my life. The burnt area of my face looked red and was very painful as skin was melted. Thank you Mr. Mathew Jafarzadeh for your careful assessment and getting me straight into therapy to ease my suffering. I had a laser used on my face and was given special products to promote skin re-growth. Initially thought that I would require 5 laser sessions, but today was my third one and it was the last. Now healing will continue to be supported by special products. I cannot describe how grateful I feel for care given to me by staff of the clinic. I am amazed by technology used in this place. Burns take a long time to heal and generally result in some sort of scarring. The look of my face today will never make you believe that I had bad chemical burn.All staff in Instant Laser Clinic are very nice, polite and accommodating. You will be provided with support and care you need. Once I fully heal my face I am planning to come back to this clinic for other therapies I am considering to use.To Mr. Mathew Jafarzadeh and his professional crew - thank you for treating me and restoring my good looks. Sepi has been brilliant helping me to obtain better facial skin. I am over 60 and have a lot of sun damage, firstly I started with a Hydrafacial and I would recommend this for anyone. My skin felt so soft and clear. I have started the cosmelan mask peel and this has definitely help lighten my brown spots, clear large pores and some fine lines. It’s been a month now and people comment that I look so well! but will post another review after another month.

I had my initial treatment with Bena and she was absolutely lovely!! So caring and understanding and genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with the results. Unfortunately I can’t say I had a positive experience with Mathew. After my treatment, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the results and was asked to come in for a review with Mathew. I live an hour away and have 2 young kids so had to drive an entire hour for my appointment. He made me wait minimum for 40 minutes each time and both times had me STAND OUTSIDE his treatment room (never offered me to come in and sit down) just to be told that I should ‘lower my expectations’ and if he had seen me on the street he would think I had normal skin????? Because that’s a great measure of treatment success? Even though my expectations came from the flyers/Information in HIS clinic! I When I explained that the treatment was meant to treat melasma and even out skin tone and it hadn’t, he told me he would zap 3 freckles I had for $200 per session….. I didn’t even want my 3 freckles gone.(Mind you I had just paid $1200)The second time I was again called for a ‘review session’ he again left me standing in the doorway and said he can’t help me and “merry Christmas” (even though I’m clearly Muslim and I wear a head scarf??) and pretty much pointed me out.I called the clinic in tears and was told by the manager that she would find out what his problem was and call me back in 2 hours… it’s been 2 months and i Haven’t received any such call.Again, Bena is lovely and I thank her for everything… but the owner acted rude, dismissive, disrespectful and arrogant.

I have been receiving treatments at Instant Laser Clinic for almost 6 months now and can vouch for their great service. everyone at the clinic is very lovely and professional. Such a great atmosphere.I have recently switched from another clinic to Instant Laser Clinic and it was the best decision I have ever made. I almost tried all their services and each time got amazed by their level of caring and professionalism.I did some research on different clinics and Instant Laser Clinic is the one I chose. They are absolutely incredible at their job and always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Also, the types of equipment and the products being used here are the latest medical-grade system and the products are the BEST quality product in the market.So delighted to find you guys. Done the face threading 5 years ago. I’ve decided I would like to go back and do it again. Last time the Doctor did really good job and that’s why I wanted to go back to the clinic.This time I called the clinic and tried to get the appointment for the same thing.I was in shock how unprofessional and unpleasant the receptionist was.She was very arrogant and made me feel like I didn’t deserve to get treatment from their clinic.I’m sorry to leave this clinic considering that the doctor who treated me last time was absolutely lovely, professional but I will not go there again to be treated because of the unwanted and unwelcoming treatment I have received from the receptionist who answer the phone.There is other places that can help with my needs and they are pleasant with the customers who are leaving the money in their account that are paying their wages.Last clinic I would choose from everyone else offering same treatment

I've had several facial treatments at instant laser clinic. I keep going back because the staff have been very friendly and professional and I always feel like I am in good hands. Special mention to Allira who treated me a few weeks ago, she's a gem.

Wow I am so impressed with my results so far with fotona laser facials! Allira was incredible, she is so knowledgeable and caring and I can’t wait to continue with my treatment plan. I also tried a smooth lips laser treatment and I’m blown away at how plump and hydrated my lips are and it’s been 3 weeks since the treatment! I’m so happy I’ve finally found a skin clinic that shows me real results and genuine interest rather than pushy sales tactics I’ve experienced at other places.
