Aman and Ajay did a fantastic job! Moved from a from a small house to a second floor apartment; they arrived on time, were super friendly, and handled my items with care (even up two flights of stairs).Definitely recommended for moving in Perth.

I unfortunately organised the wrong size truck and within 30mins Stella had organised for a bigger truck to be at mine, loaded professionally and with care and brought down south following day, good communication with the removalists themselves and very friendly fellas. Price was as quoted with no hidden fees like most.Removalists where in the road at 5am to get down south by 8am to prevent being stuck in traffic and costing me more, which was much appreciated.Thanks Team

I would advise that you communicate by email as there is a slight communication problem with the lovely lady who answers the phone. I ordered and got quoted on a 4.5 ton truck to arrive between 8 and 9am but had to phone and check where they were at 9.20, they arrived close to 10am and in a very large van which was nowhere big enough so it took 4 trips, it's just a good job that we were moving less than 2 kms. Both young men worked hard and were very polite. I would use this company again if needed

As mentioned on thier agreements the original deal is $110 per hour plus 1.5 hours outcall charge+ GST but they charge me a lot bec they reckon i need to pay more $150 for heavy stuff of course as a removalist u will expect heavy stuff and besides that my friend is helping them bec they are very slow. Killing the time… sorry they are not good removalist

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!! UNPROFESSIONAL WORK, RUDE, AND PERHAP ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.Booked a job on 17/06, the mover damaged my washing machine because he was too lazy to move it safely, and when he dropped it, he said “ughhhh the machine got a bit water on it, very slippery, that’s why I dropped it.” Yeah right. What sort of washing machine doesn’t have a bit of water on it? No apologise, no solution, he just stand there and look at the machine like it is not his fault. Then at the end, I told him to call the manager and ask how are they gonna solve the problem, he told me to call the manager myself, then give me a form to sign which stated “the job has been completed and no major issue occurred” and push me to sign in. After he left, I called Stella, she said yeah they have insurance, told me to send the pictures over and she will get back to me. Sent the pictures, half an hour later, no reply. I called Stella again, asked if she looked at the pictures yet. No answer, then try to say “1 men are not enough for the job, we are normal human being, blah blah blah”, and told me to call back next day. I called back again, she blocked my number, I used another phone to call, then she said she would call me back in 10 mins. Half an hour gone, no call from Stella. I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE IT FURTHER SO THIS BUSINESS WOULD NOT BRING TROUBLE TO OTHER PEOPLE.If I have any constructive update from this company in the future, would be more than happy to come back and fix the review.

Absolutely DO NOT use this company.I used them last year when moving, they were late, overcharged me aTWICE the quoted amount, damaged my belongings and on top of it all harassed/hit on me during the process.First of all they quoted me around $250 for the removal job. they missed their initial window of time to arrive and then we’re 2.5 hrs LATE too the second later arrival time. They then charged me a “long walk fee” of $30 an hour after refusing to back down my 10m driveway. My roommate and I then watched as they began moving my stuff as slowly as possible. I watched the older gentleman take a singular small wicker basket as his single trip and then just a skateboard for the next. I began helping them put items in the truck so they wouldn’t continue to clearly try and rack up hours. They also LEFT a number of items that I asked them to put on the truck multiple times. Just left them in my front room, despite the truck being half full and leaving me to have to find an alternative way to grab them.Once we arrived at my location they once again refused to take the items through the back car port and insisted on using the front steps (4 small half steps btw) and then charging me a “stair fee”. They proceed to just DUMP all the items into the one room, crushing plants and putting boxes/tubs fully upside down. My stuff going everywhere and causing damage to multiple items.The worst part however of this whole experience is once my roommate left the younger of the two movers kept stopping working to ask me increasingly personal questions and commenting about how “pretty” I was. He then asked if I was alone in the house and I got really scared/uncomfortable as I was at the time and I was only 20 at the time with two random men in my house.When I went to pay he insisted that I had to pay cash there and then, but when booking the removal service I was told I would be sent an invoice over email to pay?? I was unable to get cash out as I couldn’t leave my property so I asked to pay card. They charged me a $60 credit card fee. Bringing my total up to $560. Are you kidding ???THEN too top it all off - while the card payment was going through and I was signing paperwork the young man spent about 15-20 mins asking me personal questions and began commenting on my physical appearance (body/face/clothing etc.)He offered me a handshake when he was leaving and as I tried to pull away , he clasped my hand to stop me and pulled me closer towards him. I tried to let go again but he kept his grip firm, grabbed my face with his spare hand and patted/smacked it twice while saying I had a “just very pretty face”. I was scared and honestly so upset with the whole process I asked him to leave my house immediately.I tried to contact people at the company via email and phone but had no responses. Super duper upset with the whole ordeal, seriously don’t use them.

Absolutely disguisting service. Not professional at all. Abusing their customers and not showing up. I had them booked in for 10am Saturday once 10 went by I rung at 11 and asked where they were. I was told the truck had broken down they will come at 12.30. 12.30 comes by I ring now I'm being told 2.30 - 3.30. I ring again at 4 to be answered by another lady and she tells me that at the other job the man lost his keys to his storage unit and they had to look for 5 hours, so was the truck ever broken down? I was then told 5.30. I ring at 5.30 and they tell me they cancelled my job because I never replied to them in the morning after a whole day of communication. Never once was I rung to be notified they would be late. HORRIBLE SERVICE AVOID !!!!!!

I was overseas and one of my friend booked friends mover to move my house on my arrival in Melbourne. The ETA was between 7 to 8 but the drivers came at 9:00 am. They moved everything okay but damaged wall of the house I was moving in to. The driver asked me to send picture on the number and contact the company, they will fix the wall through insurance. I sent picture got no response, then I sent email got no response. Then I called again, she advised me to email picture, which I did but got no response. Then I called after 3 days, she advised me that I will get response to my email by the end of day, but again no response. Then I sent an email again but got no response. Then I call again, she said that she has spoken to management and will get someone to fix the wall. Then luckily I received a call and she advised that a person will contact me on Saturday to fix wall on Sunday. That week has gone but no one came and now they are not picking the phone as well. This behaviour is totally unprofessional. I am planning to lodge a complaint against them in consumer affairs Victoria.

I was very happy with this service! They were professional, did a great job, friendly and helpful. Moving day was a difficult day for me and they made it much easier. Thanks!
