So rude was diving from Sydney call a he'd was told that there open on need to call the order in walk in staff sitting round and on mobiles and the guy tells me we are closed time was 9:45 thanks guys you are a example for Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut Bathurst
For the past 4 months whenever I order from pizza hut in Bathurst there is a problem, food has been forgotten, food has been stale and uneatable and toppings for any chicken pizza I order is always wrong, when I call to resolve the problem I am spoken to rudely and begrudgingly offered a new pizza. Every time I give pizza hut another chance I am again disappointed. The store refuses to refund money and I definitely do not want store credit after my final experience I will never be back. The customer service is a joke and the pizza is old with bad and wrong toppings. I will be going to domino's from now on, there not perfect but at the very least they apologise when they make a mistake

Disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received when I rang to inquire why our pizza hadn't been cut and was told to bring it back so the manager could see for himself. No apology or reason was given. Made eating at the park an experience I could well have done without. Hope nobody else has to experience such a lack of courtesy.

I waked out with out the pizza I had payed for because the incompetent staff Cannot make pizzas by the time they say it will be ready... So over all I'm pissed and now going to be starving for the rest of my shift! Thanks spastics I will not be coming in again

Pizza Hut Bathurst
I ordered my pizza over the phone at 6:05pm, on February 28th, 2016. The agent informed me that it will take approximately 60 minutes to be delivered. I waited until 7:15 pm to call and inquire about the drivers whereabouts, I was told the driver had already left and would be 5 minutes away. At 7:50 pm I called back and was told the driver was still on route and offered $25 off my NEZT order for the food being extremely delayed. The time is now 8:07 pm and the driver is no where in sight, my phone hasn't rang with questions for directions. Very unhappy with this service, DO NOT ORDER OUT HERE! You will likely starve.
