I made contact with Ashley at Directed Electronics Australia regarding my Eufy doorbell hard wiring issue on 21/01/2021 and returned the faulty doorbell back to their office 02/02/2021 which they have received the unit on 04/02/2021. It has been 5 weeks to date and this company is too reluctant to send me the replacement unit. Despite following up Ashley a few times I still have not had any response from him. I have been a loyal Eufy customer and purchased 3 floodlight cameras, 1 doorbell and another set of security cameras. I was going to buy a few more sets for my parents but now I will have to consider other brands.

Thank you to the team, I contacted them for a part of the drone I broke and they promptly replaced it free of charge including postage. Can’t thank Clinton and the team enough.

Honestly, they seem like nice people and I'm sure they're normally good at their job. But I tried to return an Anker projector (Directed are listed as the company that handles warranties and repairs for them in Australia) and they shafted me. I rang them up and they assured me they could help, I sent it in and then they flipped and said they couldn't. Then they sent me some other person's item (a vacuum cleaner) by mistake and I had to arrange for that to be returned (I paid the postage!). Ultimately it took months to resolve and they ended up saying they don't cover my particular product. I guess I wouldn't have minded if they'd been up front about it. Beware trying to return Anker products!

Fantastic service, i am in business myself and have dealt with plenty of business. Directed Electronic is by far the quickest and best customer service i have ever had. I damaged my Viper 5906v alarm during install, spoke to pat, Alex, and Sam and to my surprise they repaired and reprogrammed my alarm free of charge including postage, all out of warranty. FANTASTIC SERVICE THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Exceeded expectations - I received normal/expected service in the course of managing my warranty claim, however when a simple mistake was made they pulled out all stops to make sure I was not inconvenienced. Ray and his colleagues took responsibility and acted generously and considerately which was very much appreciated. How a person or company responds when things go wrong is often a better indication of their character/culture than the everything's normal" activity."

I had an issue that I brought upon myself with a product that I purchased from Supercheap Auto. I spoke to a very kind bloke called Ash, who, without any questions, dealt with the problem swiftly. Additionally, out of Directed Electronics Australia's own goodwill, they went above and beyond to help me out and provide me with a complete replacement unit! The customer service that I received from Ash was incredible and I'm extremely grateful for the company's generosity. Definitely will be recommending their products to people.

Definitely do not recommend. Do not honour manufacturers warranty and blame installer. Complaint lodged with Manufacturer and notified Electrical Contractors Forum so they aren't caught out and installer tarnished to customer as we were. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I wish it to be known publicly that I have had the pleasure of Dealing with this down to earth & genuine Aussie company. I found the staff and Manager to be very professional, kind and easy to interact with. Its so nice to be treated as a fellow human being and I'm very impressed indeed. Great Company! Useless mob they dont know how to make a functioning app. Dont get any kapture dashcam from them as they won't update it making it useless and ignorant to how broken it is and won't fix it. Their bio reads Our commitment to quality
