My security alarm was serviced by another company, and it gave me unpleasant experience -- they promised to call me twice but this never happened and the work they did was expensive and not reliable. Then I learned Infratec by Google through reading reviews and comparing with other companies. The company tech Karian came to my property on time. She was friendly, very efficient to service the system and to fix up problems. The cost is very competitive in comparison with other companies. So highly recommend.

My husband and I have used Infratec Security Systems a couple of times now and both times they have been absolutely outstanding! Not only friendly but also very professional. They went way above what they promised. From the owner right through to the installer. Thank goodness for nice, easy and professional people who can explain systems to the average Joe. I recently got several quotations for migrating a lift phone from the copper network to the mobile network as the NBN is not reliable enough for the emergency phone. Infratec's quote was one sixth of the lift company's quote. Kevin was quick to respond and program the work which was completed by Marlon and Edward with great technical and friendly customer service. Infratec now look after our two security lines. Our new smart wifi Issacam security cameras supplied by Infratec Security Systems were quickly installed and easy to use. The video quality is amazing with sensor lights letting us monitor our house security remotely. Would happily recommend this product.

I have been using an Infratec installed monitored security system in my home for over 10 years. When I recently needed to add a new system to another property, I asked for several quotes. Infratec was the most professionally presented quotation, and also the most competitive. After choosing Infratec as my supplier and installer, I needed to change the timeline for installation. The admin support from Infratec was first class. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, all the staff I’ve dealt with have been excellent. The recent installation of my new system was again a very positive experience. Communication with Marlon, the installer, was great. He showed a high level of knowledge regarding the product, and was very organised in his approach to the job. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and I received a thorough brief on how to operate and manage the system. The paperwork involved was clear and concise. Admin back up after installation was very quick, with invoices emailed within 24 hours. Admin support to ensure that ongoing payments were set up was fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending Infratec for both their product and their service.

Had never heard of this company until I had to renovate our house and decided to modernise our security. After lengthy research (Google) I settled in Infratec Security and another company. Kevin (the owner) came out himself, walked through and discussed every room with me and took photos and notes along the way. By the time we walked through the whole house I felt that I would have to sell the house to pay for the alarm and camera system. That’s how much functionality and modules we had agreed to install. In the end their quote was half what I expected!!!When it came time to install everything I could not believe how much respect they showed to our house (a 1910 villa) and our desire to not interfere with the look. I purchased a Hills alarm system with a GSM dialler from a website and contacted Infratec to ask about installation. They quoted rates I felt were reasonable and were very helpful with the booking. I was able to schedule the work to be done within a couple of days. My roof is very low pitched and the old walls don't have a cavity for the keypad wiring. Karen knew exactly what she was doing, had some great advice and ideas for setting it up and didn't complain. She installed the system and left the place looking neat and tidy. A very professional job from start to finish and I am wrapped with it.Thank you

I recently changed my monitoring services to Infratec, I spoke with Kevin on a Thursday and by Monday I was up and running with Infratec. Kevin was fantastic in explaining what needed to be done and also gave me all the details to cancel my existing monitoring service!
