Shades Custom Printing

As happy as I was with the design in the end it took 2weeks till my order was completed. I went in set up a design and paid thinking it would be done that same day. But to be told the machine isn't going till next week tuesday. that whole week went by I went in to check just to be told he's staying up late and has alot of prints to do. Understandable but why take more orders if you know your machine wasn't going. I could of found someone else to do it if I knew I had to wait so long. Not only that I went to pick up when he said it was ready just to see the spelling was wrong and I had to walk out again and wait.. In the end I had to get my partner to pick it up as I'm due to give birth, and the tshirt was his birthday gift. That didn't feel that special. Wasn't very professional

After waiting a couple of weeks, I called and found out my order was store pick up?I paid the extra $10 shipping and was told it would be it the mail that day. 6 weeks later I’m still waiting…

organised a shirt to be made, paid the money, told him a simple setup design and most likely stole it. still no shirt or phone call to say when its finished
