Bikelab to the rescue. Some caring individual needed the back wheel from my bike more than I did. Karl got a new wheel to me in double quick time, complete with cassette, disc rotor, tyre etc. Backed up the parts with a tune on the gear set up, all for a very fair price. Back on the road. Thanks to Bike Lab. Great service.

Fantastic customer service and work on our bike. They went above and beyond in the job, to pick it up, service quickly and return to us at a great price you couldn't ask more from them. Highly recommend them to use, well worth the money for the peace of mind and he does a brilliant job. The bike was return in immaculate condition, rides beautiful now with no issues changing the gears. We are very happy customers and will be back, our son is very pleased!

Karl is so knowledgeable and you can honestly be completely confident that you will receive expert repairs. Karl even picked up my sons scooter, fixed a new back wheel and then dropped it off. Its been a while since we have experienced a real genuine good guy. Thanks Karl.
