Commercial Coin Laundrette

Been coming here for a long time, great facilities and snack machines. You can pay by card or cash.Don't try to get your coins in advance if the staff are there - I didn't appreciate the confrontation about whether I was a customer or not.Other than that, a great laundry with good hours.

Paying by card is convenient, the machines work well and the customer service is good. I hadn't put enough money on one of the bigger machines to do a hot wash so I called the number which was answered straight away. He fixed the problem and even drove in to start my machine when I'd absent-mindedly walked out without pressing start.

Yep! The other comments are 100% accurate. The guy is rude & unwelcoming.... I could go on but I won't. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! They don't deserve it.

I had a great experience here. Almost didn't go because of the negative reviews and rating, but wound up having a very positive interaction with the owner. I was there towards the end of the night, and instead of kicking me out, as one might expect after reading the reviews, he actually made a point of letting me stay to finish my load of laundry (it had just finished washing, and needed a quick dry.) He even got me change, and we chatted a little bit.I'm glad I didn't take those other reviews to heart and skip this spot, or be aggressive with the owner. He clearly was ready to call it a night, but was gracious enough to encourage me to take the time necessary to finish up.Thank you.

Clean and machines work well.Can pay by card or online ($1 for 7mins with the large dryer, cheaper than other places I've been too).Had a full set of sheets and some towels and other things in the large dryer for 45mins and it was dry when it finished.Have interacted with the person working there(manager/owner?) a couple of times and he's nice and to the point, also if you have any issues he's quick to provide help and accept feedback.

Machines work well. I had a large load of about 5 separate washes in one dryer and it took only 45 mins to completely dry the lot. Great that you can pay by card or PayPal, makes it much easier than getting out cash/coins. I worried about meeting the owner as other reviews said they found him to be rude. I had the absolute opposite experience. He was very friendly and helpful when the machines weren’t able to take card payments. Highly recommend.

Expensive, but I’ve tried other laundromats in the area and you get what you pay for. The machines and dryers are good. Pros: online payment is very handy. Cons: no wifi like some of the others around here.
