Yoga and meditation in the heart of West Footscray | We offer a weekly schedule of yoga and meditation to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. We also offer meditation courses, sound baths and prenatal and post natal programs. We are proud to offer a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

This is probably my favourite studio in the west. Big space, high ceilings, all the amenities, clean and my favourite lots of natural light. The owner and teachers are all really lovely and give great explanations for practice with lots of variety and adjustments.

Assembly yoga is the bomb. I’ve practised here when I’ve been in Melbourne. The classes are dynamic but fun. The teachers are so lovely. The space is beautiful. There is a real sense of community on and off the mat.

Such a beautiful space, and the teachers are kind, creative, welcoming and so supportive. Such a great community feel. Mat Pilates is a fun challenge and yoga classes cater to all. A special spot!

Assembly Yoga + Pilates
Assembly is the most welcoming studio you’ll ever attend! The teachers are knowledgeable, warm, and experienced. They are inclusive of all levels & abilities, and offer poses & postures that are accessible and can easily be modified to dial up or tone down the level of intensity. The community is supportive and non-judgemental. The physical studio itself is a gorgeous space with lots of natural light & beautiful plants. Everyone is a friend at Assembly.

Started off with the trial and from the first visit I knew I’d need to visit often! I was feeling ‘blah’ and now feel more grounded. The people there are all super lovely! They have created a beautiful community! 5 stars all the way

Best yoga studio in the West. I'm incredibly grateful that I stumbled upon Assembly because the space and teachers a second to none. It is an incredibly welcoming environment and the flows speak for themselves. Anyone wanting to build on their practice should look no further.

I've been being at Assembly Yoga for three months and had incredible experiences. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and embraced by the calming ambience and warm instructor.The instructors are deeply knowledgeable and passionate about their practice, offering guidance that felt both challenging and accessible. Melissa, Cecily, and Jodi are my favorite instructors.If you are looking for a space that offers a holistic approach to yoga & meditation , with experienced instructors and a welcoming community, I would highly recommend this studio.

Genuinely beautiful studio space in West Footscray. Signed up for a month while briefly working in Melbourne, so leap of faith on classes and levels initially. Hit my stride totally with Nick Michael's Tuesday night flow - a great class.Thanks Assembly team, hope to be back.

I took a Yin Yoga class with Stacey June which I absolutely loved. Her warm, welcoming vibe and clear personable directions throughout the class put me at ease and allowed me to feel safe and relaxed throughout the class. Her playlist was a highlight, each song beautifully relating to the pose we were in. I am keen to make this a weekly class. Thanks Stacey x
