If your tenancy has ended, you are reading this, and are about to return the keys, stop now, find your bond number and password for the bond, go to Fair Trading website and submit a claim for refund asap. Don't wait for the inspection (you will not be invited to it and won't have a say anyway!).

They are very professional, and friendly. And I strongly suggest their rental properties at Park plaza. Sound proof at Park plaza is the best in Sydney, and the maintenance is very good.
