Gavin Reynolds (Fuselink Electrical) was one of several electrical contractors recommended to us by a local lighting store when we purchased some ceiling fans in early November. We had several other tasks done, including the installation of a double power point where another contractor said he couldn't get the wiring through the wall to that position. When after a week or two, the power point socket on one side became loose (manufacturing fault), Gavin cheerfully returned the next day to replace it free of charge.We chose Gavin as he was a smaller contracting business and have been delighted with his work and manner: punctual, professional, polite, personable, prompt with replying to messages, reasonably priced, meticulous with his work and has an excellent work ethic.Obviously, we have no hesitation recommending him!We have further electrical work to be done and have had no hesitation in booking him to return.

Gavin installed 3 aircon units in our home and also performed an RCD change over. Gavin is always very professional, explains exactly what he is going to do and goes above and beyond to make sure he does everything to the highest standard while also advising us of anything that may need attention in future -whether electrical related or simple tasks of showing us how to clean our drains.
