Platinum Athletics have always been a professional and supportive club for those in the gym and they’re with their competing companies when attending competitions. I have been able to see these owners, coaches and athletes grow over the past few years. The patience, care and dedication the coaches have for all athletes is an amazing quality I’d love to see amongst other gyms. Highly recommend enquiring and trialing to see for yourself

Unprofessional club with lack of communication and copious amount of broken promises. Excellent at sucking you in and making you believe amazing things will happen. Don’t be fooled like my family was.

Disappointed that I have to leave this review but the treatment we have received in the last 2 months has been appalling, multiple emails phone calls and text messages have been ignored, Coach Tayla personally promised a refund for merchandise never supplied and return of costumes lent to the club for Nationals but this has not happened, we have patiently waited over a month since this promise for this to happen before having no choice but to leave this review. We decided to leave club after 4 years due to the lack of communication and professionalism in 2022 and in our time we have seen the club experience a large turnover of Athletes and support staff each year, would highly recommend avoiding.Be wary of the fake 5 star reviews from Club owner Tayla, her Partner and Coaches of the club, influx of 5 star reviews from families who have been at the club for a year who have been asked to leave a review, Dont worry we felt the same in the 1st couple of years until club takes you and your child for granted,.

Last year was my first exposure to the Cheerleading world. Whilst there are some aspects of the sport that I personally find a bit over the top, there is no doubt the positives far outweigh the negatives. With regard to Platinum Athletics I have found the coaches to be 'Professional' and caring towards all the participants of the Club, and 'Professional' within their approach to any conflict encountered.When you do a search on Google, the following are qualities of an effective coach :An effective coach is positive. ...An effective coach is enthusiastic. ...An effective coach is supportive. ...An effective coach is trusting. ...An effective coach is focused. ...A good coach is goal-oriented. ...An effective coach is observant. ...A good coach is respectful...I believe that Platinum Athletics Club owners, coaches and volunteers possess all of the above.My granddaughter has thoroughly enjoyed her involvement within the Club. She amazes me with the routines she has learnt in several of the genres offered by the Club. Along with these, she has gain many life skills including confidence, teamwork, empathy and problem solving.Observations I have made at various competitions throughout the 2022 year (including Nationals) have enforced my opinion that Platinum Athletics Club are a club that is growing, continually learning and have the potential to achieve their goals set for all their participants.

The Platinum Athletics coaches are caring, iand only want the best for their students to reach their full potential it feels like one giant family I would recommend them to anyone. The head coach Tayla is terrific

Club was good to start off but very expensive. Changed address 3 times in 1 yr. This is their 5th yr and still no sprung floor. I competed last year and we came 2nd and I still haven't got my medal. As the owner has not paid Aussie Gold and this was in October. Very unprofessional and very expensive and they yell at the children all the time. Please do not join this club.

2021 saw my then 5yo extremely shy daughter enter the club brand new, 18 months later her confidence has excelled beyond our Imagine, a place that welcoming and trusting I have myself entered cheer teams transferring from Cheer Dad to Dad Athlete. Anyone considering a change or beginning there journey, this place welcomes you from day one, you get back 10 fold what you put in and we as a cheer family have put in our everything and see us here for many many years to come. 5 stars isn't enough, 10 more worthy highly recommended.
