On Thursday 2nd March 2023 I went to Autobarn - Clayton to have my back seat cover installed professionally by Matt. He did an outstanding job. I’m so impressed with this group of workers - Ciara, Jack, Anna, Patrick and Greg. Thank you for always going out of your way to help. I love how supportive and dedicated you are. I would highly recommend this store to others. :D

Most of the stick that shows online are not available in the store. Staff just points you to the shelves and is not very helpful.

RAJ WAS SOOO HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE!! He taught me how to change my wipers and my brake light. Very very knowledgeable about products and cars, will definitely be back.

One of my preferred Autobarn stores. Huge range of stock, well laid out store and plenty of staff to assist you if needed. Worth a visit when sales are on!They are really good with exchanges and refunds too, I had a faulty item but no receipt, they were able look it up on their system, and process an exchange.Very happy with the service from their staff and management, I will certainly continue to take my business there.I have continued to purchase all my automotive spares here and have continued to receive excellent service.

This is a pretty good store. Couldn't find an advertised special and was assisted to exactly where it was a given priority service. There is an air of something unusual here I can't yet explain but otherwise so far so good.

Customer service was bad, staff dont want to serve and look at you with suspicious eyes even you really want to buy something. Worse Autobarn i ever visit

Extremely helpful staff. Not only they found me the best replacement for my wipers, but they also went out and fixed them for me and kept trying until they made sure they are perfectly done. 5 stars service and quality!
