I took my bub today for ear piercing to the parramata store. Prepped her with numbing cream and everything but after reaching the store they said no appointment was booked. Even though I showed them my call history were I spoke to the store person for over 3min and booked the appointment well in advance ..a week earlier. This is so unprofessional and frustrating esply since it involves a 5month old baby.Never recommending this plce to anyone' or coming backEdit- in reposnse to the owners message.Please note that since we did not have an appointment in the first place is why this review. Ofocurse you wont find my details in your system as the person did not book me in even after giving me an oral confirmation on phoneAnyway now im not interested to rectify anything. I hope no one faces this issue and you can provide a better customer service from now on

Got my 4 month old baby piercing done, was told $78 over the phone, but charged $89 when ask the staff that I was told $78 over the phone, the two ladies staff seem slightly irritated stating its $89 with nil explanation, later i found out it could depend on the earrings selected by Google reviews. The two ladies were not really friendly though shop did not seem that busy at the time when we were there. Seemed like they wanted to get their job done and get the customers out of the store. Otherwise, baby's piercing was fine.

Went to peirce my daughters ear.Friendly staff.Strictly no photography.Don't expect the ear piercing to be painless, it is bound to be painful,can't blame anyone.Ensure babies don't pull their ears after piercing, no change of earring for 6weeks after piercing.They will provide a spray to for ear care pump.Cost would vary based on the type of earrings- Gold, diamond etc

Oh my goodness, I was looked after by Gemma, who was just a beautiful soul. She did everything up for my really nicely, gave me a good selection of earrings and made my day. Having to get your ear pierced is never pleasant, but she made my day!Thanks guys truly!

Weren’t able to pierce my 6 months old ears.I made an appointment over the phone, it would have been nice to be told that in some instances piercings for babies aren’t possible (all depends on lobe size) which would have prepared me for the disappointment …Turned up at 4pm knowing I’d have to fill out forms (as have been here before) to which they turned me away as I was early and told me to come back at 4:20pm my appointment time. I sit down to fill out the forms online at 4:20pm and the same lady who told me to come back asks me for my details, before leaning over and mentioning one of my daughters ear lobes was too small and to come back in a few months…I came entirely out of my way to attend this appointment, firstly would have been great to know this info in advance to avoid or prepare for the disappointment, I still would have attended but you wouldn’t be getting a two star review, and secondly would have been nice to have discussed this when I arrived rather than sending me off for 20 mins with a crying baby only to return and be told the piercing was not possible.Perhaps work on your customer service.

I called this morning to see if I can come in to fix my botched spray tan from another place. The lady on the phone was absolutely lovely!! Gave me instructions on what to do before coming in. Once I got in I had my spray tan and OMG amazing!!! YOU GUYS ARE LIVE SAVERS! Never going anywhere again for my tans. Thank you

My first time here and it couldn’t have gone any better. My usual brow tech is on maternity leave so I had to find a new one which made me so anxious. Gemma was absolutely amazing! From the minute I walked in, it felt like I had been a long time customer of hers she was so lovely and bubbly and made me feel right at home. She was so nice that I also got a piercing done by her at the same time, would highly recommend.

I was looked after by Jordana for full legs wax. I really appreciate the amount of dedication she has for work. She has worked so well each any every hair. It is the first time my legs are looking so good. You are the best Jordana ❤️
