Pink Ladies of Emerald

Very easy to deal with and professional. We had a terrible real estate that complained about the smallest things that wasn't anyone's fault. Like Gecho droppings even though they took 3 days to come and inspect. As well as Mud splatter on a wall outside from the rain the night before. Pink ladies went back each time to amend the clean.

Asked for a deep clean of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. We requested they not even go in one of the bedrooms. Was quoted $52 for an hour. I said yes thinking it would only take an hour. They were here for an hour (3 people). Did not know there would be three people coming. Not worth the money. They did not get dirt out of the corners of rooms, they stained a face towel with bleach (meaning they did not move it to wash that shower glass), they did not clean the top of the shower, dust on tv and cabinet was not cleaned, no dishes to be done, no washing to be done, and dirt in sliding door was not cleaned. We moved all items onto the bed and other items on the couch for them to have better / easier access. I am not sure what they did for an hour with three people. They did do an ok job with the kitchen (did not clean the top of fridge) the sink was very shiny and the smell of what they mopped the floor with was nice. They sent me a bill for $175 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom job that they needed 3 people for for an hour. I am really struggling to see what they did for the hour and with three people. Do not recommend.

The pink ladies made the house look brand new, unloaded the dishwasher, took the rubbish out, transformed three rooms and two bathrooms within an hour of arriving.I highly recommend the pink ladies to anyone in need of a bond clean or routine deep or general clean of the house!

This lady should not be in business, terrible service. My daughter made an appointment to do a bond clean at the property she has been renting. This lady didn't show up after making a time and an appointment with her. After contacting her a second appointment was made, again the lady did not show again and said that she went to the address and no body was home (my daughter was inside waiting) and then said she must have had the wrong address. The third and final time after not showing again up I rang her and she said she didn't go and do the clean as she hasn't been paid. If anyone is looking for a cleaner in Emerald stay away from Pink Ladies of Emerald, the worst service you can get.
