Last accommodation in Gero and glad we got it, clean and tidy and very close to the CBD. At $136 for a two bdr it was well worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this establishment. I had made a booking to stay on the 29th of June, but it was abruptly canceled, claiming that it had been given to another guest. Hoping for a better experience, I made a second booking for the 14th of July, only to face another cancellation due to it being allocated to another guest. This repeated letdown deserves a much lower rating than one star!

horrible expierience with their arrangement, booked two rooms one booked at 27th of march the other one booked on 30th of march and both bookings are for 8th of April but today at 10am in the morning they message me saying they are overbooked and need to cancel my booking BOTH BOOKINGS. Why would you guys have the booking availability up if it was gonna overbook therefore you can’t give us the rooms? And why can’t you notice me earlier instead you notice me close to the date

Clean, comfortable and central. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay (if you're here for business like myself)There's ample hot water, tea and good quality coffee provided with plenty of milk and some croissants in the fridge. The bed is very firm and let to a lot of sleepless nights but everything else is amazing! :)

We had to alter our dates of stay at the last minute and after contacting the owner (Martin) they were able to make the adjustments hassle free.This was an excellent result for us as I'm sure other places may not have been so understanding or flexible.We found the accommodation neat, clean and well presented and was excellent for a stopover between the long road trip between the north west and Perth.Recommended and also a good enough location within walking distance of the Memorial and further on into the town of about a 15 min walk. Be aware of the steep hill walking back after indulging in food and drink :)

Although the property is on the older side, it's quite comfortable. The room is generous and it's well equipped to do a simple meal. There's no fuss check in and out too.

We had our Jetstar flights cancelled an hour before boarding today, so couldn't actually stay at Martin's accommodation.However Martin was exceptional in the communication leading up to our stay and the process to cancel last minute given the horror today from all the mess.Thank you Martin. This was amazing customer service and I won't hesitate to pick this location for my stay at Geraldton next time around, solely based on this service.
