Have had very encouraging experience with Numobile this afternoon. I transferred my number with SIM card as Telstra is cutting prepaid mobile plans use of its Telstra Air, among other services.Activation and transferring my number has been successfully completed. Very pleased with the support from James, who has been exceptionally helpful. Very patient and nothing is too much trouble. An Ozzie voice as well!!Thanks James, I wish you a very happy and successful career!

Very disappointed & Poor service!!After reading the reviews online & find it out that Nu Mobile is owned by Macquarie Group, I was quite excited and ordered iPhone 10 (256 GB) for my Wife's Birthday present. After the acknowledgement there was no update on the delivery. When couple of days passed then i followed up and I’ve been told that 256GB is not available which no body has provide this information on the first instance when i placed an order and wasted couple of days and missed on surprising my wife. Then support advised me that they cannot change the order on their end therefore, I need repeat the whole process and order iPhone 10(64GB).While ordering online there is an option of choosing different delivery address and due to my long office hours, I’ve given my relative address details for delivery. NU Mobile advertise that order will be processed in next business day but, there was again no response from them. Then I follow-up & been told that the delivery address is not on your name therefore, you need to provide some utility bills or some other supporting documents.Support team advised that if you change the delivery address to your personal address & provide the License details then we can dispatch your order next day. So, I follow their advise and provided the license straight away but still no update on the status of the order.This is the first time I am writing such a bad review in my lifetime but, I hope NU Mobile will improve their service and provide customer a basic service.

These guys have truly awful post-sales service. I bought my phone, and it arrived promptly. A few months later I started having issues. So they said I should swap to another phone and send it back. I didn't have a back up so they said they'd send me one so I wouldn't be stuck. So I sent in my phone but the temp one never showed up. When I tried to follow up they basically ghosted me for a week (not exaggerating). Then I got an email saying they were sending me a new phone, which then took another 4 more days to arrive. All told I was without a phone for about 9 days. And they wouldn't reply to my emails about what was going on. Would def not buy from again. You can't just ignore people, or lie. Awful experience.

I stopped using this sim card over a year ago and they are still trying to charge me monthly. Ive emailed them 5 times asking to cancel and I still get emails warning my service will be suspended when I don't even use it

I’ve been a customer of numobile for a couple of years now and couldn’t recommend them more highly.I have been on a sim only plan for a while and when I first joined bought an excellent refurbished phone and more recently purchased a new iPhone. Each and every time they mailed SIM cards and phones ASAP and arrived fast and trackable via AusPost or StarTrack.The prepaid plans I’ve been on are great value, especially considering they are using the Telstra network (which is the only one that works in my building at St Leonards NSW).Their customer service has also been great in my experience. Very easy to reach via web chat or phone. About a year ago I was low on credit as my credit card had expired and got a very courteous call from an Australian call centre to assist so I didn’t lose service. They took payment over the phone and it was sorted. I was amazed!Just to be clear I’m certainly not a numobile employee. Just someone who has been very impressed by this Aussie telco - a true diamond in the rough!

Ordered saturday evening, processed on monday, phone was on my door step by Tuesday morning. Pretty quick and painless to set up and port over my existing number. Was a little dicey when first tried to set up phone as it wouldnt let me update to the latest iOS (IPhone xs), but problem resolved itself when device was wiped and rebooted. so far so good. call quality good, camera quality good, surprisingly, not a single scratch or ding on the phone even tho i ordered the lower quality one, only a tiny bit of gunk in the frame that was easily wiped away. My only concern is the battery health is 83%. All in all, a pretty smooth (and cheap!) transition from Optus to Numobile. Definitely recommend to anyone who doesnt need the newest, flashiest phone, and doesn't want to break the bank.

Waited over a week for the SIM to arrive on the Gold Coast. When following up with provider - the operator checked with the Manager who was unable to provide a reason why. They wanted to send out a replacement SIM. Zero confidence in this provider. If this is my first interaction - what's in store for the future.

Zero customer service. Ordered a sim card and paid for it online. It was mailed to me and then the fun began. Could not activate this sim card for love nor money. The online system WOULD not accept the sim card number (kept telling me that i had no valid account and or purchase history) and that i should phone NuMobile. I phoned NuMobile twice and and sat on hold for 16 minutes the first time and 20 minutes the next time. When the phone call was finally answered on the second call, there was some kind of VOIP issue, and all i could hear was garbled gibberish and then the call hung up on me. So i don't know about the positive reviews. It sounds to me like paid staff of NuMobile are putting positive online reviews on this website, to increase the Google review rating. My experience has been an extremely negative one.

Such a fast and pleasant transaction. After my Son’s iPhone 7 packed it in after 4 years we did not want to buy another brand new phone from Apple so bought a refurbished iPhone 7 from Numobile. We received a perfect phone with no marks and in perfect working order for such a good price and with a 12 month warranty! We could not be happier and will stick with Numobile should we ever need another phone in the future. Thank you Numobile!!! We rate you AAA+++!!!
