Love this heaven.. as long as Arabs/Afghans stop smoking cigars and sheesha right in the water.. they happen to do it in Marrysville too..

Great place for a walk or picnic, right next to shops and cafes as the town stretches along the river. Very relaxing, I highly recommend it.

Live near here, love this place,l rode on the last steam engine to come here and then the little diesel trains.sad to see old rail line full of bike riders and weirdos.

Great place to visit and enjoy scenery next to River, walking trail next too it. Have a BBQ or picnic.

This is a great place for a picnic. Either with BYO food, or something from the many Cafés and Take Aways nearby.Picnic Tables, Benches to sit on, grassy areas, level path by the river, parking, public toilets, heaps of shady trees, a really quite idyllic place to sit for a while, take a stroll, or spend a whole day here.The river is not fenced, so beware of you have small kids as there are some deep areas, especially when the water is running high.

Such a nice spot. Great place to take a stroll and walk off the delicious bakery food.
