Our solar panels were installed by Luke Bastian and his team at Bascon group. I would highly recommend their services as they were knowledgeable and confident in their abilities. They were transparent to all issues they faced and handled our roof well throughout the installation.The installation was over in a day and was largely unproblematic.Even during the pandemic, they were incredibly nice, friendly and able to provide great customer service.

I had a phenomenal experience with Luke and his team. The service I received for solar installation at my property was conducted perfectly, and Luke took the time out to explain everything to me throughly. I highly reccomend these guys for solar installations. Thanks Luke and team!!

Bascon Group have been great to deal with.I have purchased a house and was given no instructions or warranties for the existing solar set up.Luke came out to assess it with me very quickly after our initial contact, and afterhours as it's the only time I'm available. He explained everything clearly and was thorough and knowledgeable.The solar panels and inverters were cleaned, checked and serviced the next day.They are a very professional company and I would highly recommend them.

Stay well clear of Luke. He installed solar on a property of mine.The roof leaked the first day it rained. Luke and his workers have bent and badly dented the sheets of iron on the roof of my house when they removed the sheets to lay the cable for the solar.When I first advised Luke of this he was very apologetic and guaranteed me he would fix the problem. About a week later he turned up with a tube of silicon and proceeded to try and fill the gaps between the sheets.Next lot of rain and the roof still leaks.He then advised me that he was going to send out a plumber to fix his mess. Over 3 months later and I’m still waiting for my roof to be fixed and Luke wants nothing to do with it. Looks like this will end up in court. I have all txt msg’s photos etc of him admitting, apologising and agreeing to fix his mess. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this Shonky so called tradesman!
