I’m picky about my eyebrows and I’m so so happy to have found Raffy. It’s so hard to find someone who doesn’t just assume you want the standard blocky angular look à la mode. I personally don’t like overly manicured and angular brows on my face. Raffy actually listened to me when I gave a (long!) list of preferences, and also gave her own expert advice which was invariably right. She also laminated my brows which I hadn’t gone in expecting to try. I didn’t feel pushed into trying the treatment (v important to me - hate that vibe) and I felt she gave me a very balanced overview before I agreed to give it a go. I’m so glad I listened to her because she fixed what I thought was an unfixable problem with a scar on my browline which have caused the hairs there to grow awkwardly. All in all Raffy is the total package - she has an eye for what will suit you, she listens, she’s up on the latest techniques and she’s an absolutely lovely person to boot.
