Great practice. Always have a pleasant experience at this practice. At my last visit, Dr. Ibrahim was very professional and provided amazing knowledge and friendly service. I was very comfortable throughout the treatment.Definitely recommend as service exceeds expectations!

There is nothing that I could write that would truely explain how amazing Painfree Dentistry is. I have had the best experience, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a dental treatment with Dr. Alam and his nurse Nuria and they were both so professional. Dr. Alam has given me a perfect new smile with Invisalign and porcelain veneers and I couldn’t be happier. Recommending this place to everybody I know.

What a fantastic experience! A good dentist is one in a million and i can confidentally say i found one! I saw Dr Thomas Ramzy when I was experiencing some pain and he was a miracle worker. Not only did he relieve my pain but he explained everything that he was doing, why he was doing it and what I can do to avoid further problems. He was patient with my countless questions and just made the whole experience stress free. Can't recommend him enough!

At best, these are not words associated with a dental practice, but this place is all that and more!I am very happy with my results after being recommended here by a family member. I came here after having had a disappointing experience with my previous dentist. Despite her best efforts, I still had some issues. I had almost given up on ever being able to chew comfortably again. Dr Alam did a brilliant job. Without a doubt he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this practice. From bookings with the lovely ladies at reception, through to the work I had done, I just cannot recommend it highly enough. I am so truly grateful I landed here!

Painfree Dentistry has a beautiful relaxing clinic, with water features, fish and turtles. The staff were professional and the dentist did her best to make the visit comfortable.

I only have great feedback from the minute I walked through the doors at Painfree Dentistry -Harris ParkFrom my very first phone call to the clinic Joanne was so understanding, extremely helpful and unbelievably patient, so nice to see these days.At my consultation Dr Alam was very understanding and made me feel comfortable when explaining the procedure.. explained all the steps, step by step and answered all my questions without hesitation.The day of my procedure I was welcomed by the staff and given all the support that I could ever imagine.Dr Alam and the nurse (apologies I forgotten your name)that looked after me, they both were outstanding and caring in every aspect possible. After my procedure Dr Alam’s concern was my safety getting home safe, Dr Alam organised a nurse to take me to get my medication and got me home safe. A dentist that I believe is concerned about his patient before , during and after the procedure.I highly recommend Dr Alam and all his staff if there is a need to see a dentist.A huge thank you to Dr Alam , the nurse , along with Joanne and all the staff at Painfree . I had booked my daughter in for a filling (her very first one) and Nuria made the booking. She was so lovely and informative as I was so nervous!My daughter is very reserved and Nuria spoke to the dentist on the day aswell making sure he was aware how hesitant my daughter was.I’m so happy to find such a wonderful dental practice for my Family!Thank you Nuria and Team!

As a dental phobic patient I can't recommend this practice enough. I had extensive work done and it has greatly relieved my fear of dentists. No pain, everything was explained clearly, and no pressure for any treatments. Dr Ramsay and his nurses were fantastic, very professional, friendly and put me at ease. Everyone in the practice was lovely to deal with. I took advantage of the 'access my super' scheme to pay for the treatment too.

I understand why the clinic is called pain free. Dr Ramzy fixed my cavity - the clean and filling was so quick and painless. Hands down the best dentist I’ve visited.
