I needed to replace a 3in1 bathroom vent. Contacted a no. of electricians. This owner was quick to respond and we set an appointment date to my availability which was super convenient. He arrived on time and quoted a reasonable price. He installed it well and even had a foresight to wire the heater and fan switch to work together to prevent the melting of the fan. After the work was done, he cleaned up the bathroom. I will use his services again and recommend to others as well.

Gavin, from Jim’s is thoroughly professional electrician who knows what he is doing. Last but not the least his personality is very pleasing which enables customers to have peace of mind when he is around carrying job work.

I would not hesitate to recommend Gavin. He fixed up all our down lights to be compliant, from an original tape job by the constructor which we only found out when a down light fused. He also sourced the exact exterior lights that is warm white which we were after so the interior and exterior blends seamlessly, rather than the common bright white. There were few more works that were done as well. All of them done as per requested, on time, minimal interruption, clean and throughout the process, Gavin kept us informed and recommended alterations based on his expertise and experience. All in all, very happy with the work and most importantly quality and standards of work.

I was needing to have an old ceramic power board changed over for a new one with safety switches as well as adding a couple of power points. I contacted a couple of electricians for comparison quotes and they were all similar - however the one supplied by Gavin at Jim's Electrical was clear and contained all the information I wanted - what was being supplied, what was being done. Stood out from the others with the amount of detail.I contacted Gavin and gave him the go-ahead on the job. He was on time, willing to explain what was needed prior to starting and what he was going to to. He completed the job perfectly & cleared away all the rubbish. Very happy with the work!

We have been renovating a residential warehouse and Gavin has provided a huge amount of guidance and advice on the electrical side of the project. He has undertaken all our electrical work including all the wiring and network cabling, light installation etc.He has guided us on the most appropriate equipment to use, and not use, for different environments and we have been able to trust his skill, judgement and professionalism in what has been a complex and ongoing project. Gavin upgraded a ceramic fuse switchboard in the house my partner and I just recently bought. Very professional work and was more than happy to explain anything I asked throughout the installation. Very very highly recommended. Looking forward to seeing Gavin again for future electrical work.

I highly recommend Gavin. He took a lot of care in our recently renovated rooms, and did a great job completing the work. He was very punctual and kept us informed by sending reminders leading up to the date of the job. He even let us know he was on the way.
