My experience has been unfortunate to say the least. Having been approached by OVE they promised they would be able to deliver on the needs of my business which were clearly stated.After providing their team with comprehensive marketing plans, step by step instructions and investing into technology and services they recommended, I found their team to be unable to complete the most basic of tasks unless they were constantly followed up.Even then the results were unacceptable.After identifying all of this within 2 weeks and requesting a refund I was promised additional resources would be applied which netted no additional improvements.After finally requesting a termination of my contract and refund for the loss of revenue spent dedicating weeks to holding their hands through simple tasks and losing funds, they were unable or unwilling to commit one way or another and I am still pursuing them.Avoid at all costs.
