THE WORST SERVICE - HALF MY ORDER WAS MISSING!!First I had to chase my online order because two weeks after payment via their website I hadn't heard anything and they seemingly had 'misplaced' it. It took another week to reach me and half of it was missing!Despite calling numerous times weekly for several weeks and speaking with accounts and the manager, my order was still not fulfilled despite many empty promises to 'express post' the next day and assurance from rude staff that they would sort it out.I will never order from this company again, don't waste your time! I would give zero stars if I could.

Worst customer service, sent a message through Facebook. No reply for weeks, then was asked to email a rep directly to her email. Sent the email, no reply. Sent a Facebook message again that she's not replying.They read my message and ghosted me.I just wanted to know if they have a specific product in-stock.I don't know how these types of companies can't converse through modern day messages, through something as simple as Facebook.Don't have a Facebook page when you can't manage it.

Terrible experience. Poor communication from customer service. After waiting 3 weeks for an interstate “express” shipment, I finally received my order but half of the ingredients were missing and they claimed them as “unavailable” after it was shipped. Still chasing a refund from these guys. Don’t bother.

I just got sent an email from HBC Trading Australia Pty Ltd with an attached invoice which could not be opened. I have never in my life heard of or have dealt with HBC Trading, until I received this email. The only contact detail on the email was of someone by the name of Rachel Young. I have no idea who this person is, or if they are even real! I will be reporting this company to the authorities!
