Our Davey pool vacuum stopped working so I contacted Fix My Dolphin (on a weekend!) and they came out to pick it up from my doorstep on the Sunday morning. It was back on my doorstep within 24 hours, all fixed good as new.Nathan encouraged us to NOT buy a new one which saved us hundreds of dollars.Thanks Nathan!

I contacted Fix My Dolphin in Melbourne from Brisbane about a replacement power supply for an old robot. They could have easily sold me a new replacement but instead offered me a refurbished unit to match mine for a fraction of the price with a warranty. It arrived within a few days and they had thrown in a spare of the part that caused mine to fail in the first place. I can highly recommend these guys.

Excellent customer service, including aftercare, highly recommend. Very happy with purchase, which was fully set up for me including the mobile app functionality.
