Over priced (location may influence this) and not overly excited with the finish of my nails (splotchy polish and uneven lengths) oversized tip on a finger (never tried the different sizes to find correct fit or filed it to fit)

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon and it’s been my favorite nail salon since November 23, 2018. Tracey, the incredible nail technician, left an everlasting impression when she did my nails the day before my wedding. In my opinion, she is unparalleled when it comes to SNS Ombré. Having tried other technicians before and after, I can confidently say that no one else even comes close to her expertise!Tracey’s application of SNS is flawless, to the point where you forget you’re even wearing it. The result is a thin and elegantly classy look that I adore. If you’re seeking SNS Ombré, I wholeheartedly recommend this salon and specifically ask for Tracey. Although the other girls in the salon are undoubtedly talented, I prefer to stick with what I know and trust.I want to express my gratitude to Tracey for consistently delivering exceptional results. As a satisfied customer, I’m aware that one day she may move on, but until then, I will continue to be a loyal patron. Without a doubt, I give this place my highest recommendation, with Tracey being the shining star.

Friendly service, wide colour selections from different brand. Reasonable price, and really busy everyday.I always book before I go, and they always accommodating. They try not to let people wait, but they are so popular, sometimes there is wait, but it is worth it.It took me two hours to get my jellish pedi and mani plus eyebrow wax last time.It took 40 mins for a mani SNS nail yesterday. I was 15 mins late, but they attended without any delay or hassles. I am grateful to receive such friendly services.

This place is terrible, hygen levels are 0,quality of their nail polish and technic is really bad.( Fingers )nail polish ( shellac ) started started peeling before I left the shop.( Toes )nail polish ( shellac ) peeling 2 days after !! Manicure and Pedicure wasn’t done properly and they were reusing the same feet buffer that they utilise on other customers, just terrible.While I was there a customer arrived saying her nails peeled after 2 days and she wanted to fix them !!

Very slow service and terrible end results with nails not even and polish very lumpy. To make matters worse, because price was not asked at the start, they charge me $125 for hand and feet which is more expensive then anywhere I had been. I get the same thing done in Toorak Nails for $48. I wasn’t expecting the same price but no where near this! Almost 3 times more for an awful service and botched nails.

I love my experiences at this salon. The team are hardworking and very good at their craft. My nails look amazing.
