First of all, the feature in the car is very attractive and so I bought it. Now, it's a VERY BIG MISTAKE and regretted buying from this dealership Homebush Suttons. I was blinded by the nice features. To all the future buyers, please please don't buy from this dealer, their after service is SO POOR and ARROGANT. Talking about workmanship? VERY POOR, getting spare parts is also a BIG concern. They will give you all kinds of excuses to avoid taking responsibility. It's very frustrating and annoying. If I can give (minus) - star I would.

Moe has been nothing but unpleasant. Asked for a key to be programmed and he stated that if something goes wrong with the car its not warranted. His overall customer service was rude and he gave me.attitude because I said I already bought a key. I said the car is still new and under warranty. He said take it elsewhere then. Rude employee. Needs better training. Not only did he loose a sale but he lost a customer and I'm sure many more.Moe, pull up!

It was very nice and friendly place , I really enjoyed communicating with Suttons staff. On top of all, the process of the finance and ownership of the car was super fast. I still can't believe I get the car parked in my parking.Thank you Suttons Homebush.

From the time I arrived at the dealership I found the attention of the staff very welcoming Tavio Gatto who was attending to my inquiries and showed me the Jolion answering all my questions and accompanied me on my test drive explaining the different options the trade in offer was acceptable and once I selected the model I bought the rest of the process was conducted professionally.

Tavio was an excellent help and transparent to deal with. Great knowledge of the vehicle and ultimately went back to his dealership in a matter of weeks after deciding on the car

My mum and I came in on Tuesday to have a look cars as we needed a car quickly due to our car been written off. We started with the used car department and were greeted with a friendly smile. The salesman was accommodating and helped us with looking at different options. We then spoke with Nilson in the new cars department who also was refreshing to speak with, he wasn’t pushy and gave us options to look at based on our budget. Once we made a decision on a car we then spoke with Sam from the finance team who was open and willing and looked into the best options for me. By Friday, everything was finalised and the keys were in our hands to driveway.I highly recommend Suttons Homebush as every staff member we spoke to was so welcoming and friendly. They worked to our needs and acted promptly.

worst car loan experience ever had，I never paid any deposit before，but this time was asked for 10% deposit，and never paid any origin fee before，but this time was asked to pay $900+ to the dealer which was not noticed before start the application。Also the application was declined by one of the lender，I think as the Sutton car loan dealer has charged me $900+，she should review my documents carefully before handed in to any lender，to void adecline record for me. The sales person was good and really look after me，otherwise I would just give one star rate.

Sutton Homebush gave me a good service after visiting three times. Sutton Chullora was horrible, as it looked like they were not there to sell cars.Finally got hold of the Assitant manager Tavio from the Homebush branch, who helped me and secured my order within 10 minutes. We made a deal within 10 minutes as I planned to buy the GWM Cannon Vanta. There was no second option to think about.Thanks to Tavio.
