What can I say? After Cleanaway Skips took 5 days to answer an email, and 3 days , AND 3 phone calls to finally tell me they couldnt supply a large skip, I rang Metro Skip Hire. Tony was awesome, and understood that I needed a bin ASAP. And Bang. 25 cubic metre bin delivered to the factory the next morning. Fantastic. 4 days later, pick up was done and dusted. You reading this, Cleanaway? You treat your 10 year old customers with disdain? Tony at Metro will look after your customers... Well Done Metro!!!

Ordered a Skip Bin, paid cash for a cheaper price. Was promised the Bin early afternoon, came extremely late. I then counted the cash in front of the driver (while he was in the truck) it was all correct, driver then counted the cash and told me there was $100 missing. Explained to the driver that it was all there, driver still insisted that money was missing. Driver got out of the truck pretending to look for the cash. Lucky for me, I pointed out the two $50 notes that he had sneakily placed down the side of the drivers seat. Imagine if this is done a few times a week to innocent customers? Called the manager and he failed to take responsibility for the drivers actions, immediately denying everything. Will not recommend.

Friendly and flexible service. I booked 4m bin, ran out, the boss gave a 6m bin, later upgraded to 6m and asked for an extension. The boss was happy to do so. VERY REASONABLE CHARGE, less expensive than some others. On time deliver: the boss said before 12PM, it was delivered at 11AM. Strongly recommended from a happy customer. Be Hai Nguyen.
