I took my car in to get a pink slip. I had to book, but they said i had to buy a $400 rear light to arrive before the booking. They also said i needed 4 new tyres at $260 each, window wipers at $50 and then $110 to straighten the rear light. Booking day came around and had a friend come with me, he had mechanical experience and backed me up. Adam was very rude and was trying to convince us i needed more then one tyre to replace, and other stuff. When we refused to get tyres from them they turned around and refused to do the pink slip on top of straightening the rear light. I went and got the damaged tyre replaced from another tyre place for $115 and the other 3 were perfectly fine that didn't need to be replaced. I do not know how much it would of cost me if i allowed them to do the work on my car, but it would of gone way above what i got qouted. DO NOT GO TO THESE CON ARTISTS. I will never go back or recommend them for any type of work .

I took my Mitsubishi Triton to these guys for a wheel alignment and balance.I received the video they send of them doing this. the technician states in the video that every thing is ok. I went in to pick my car up and was told that all the suspension needs replacing and the lower control arm bushes need doing as they cant do the wheel alignment because of how damaged they are. these muppets quoted me $5000 to replace the suspension and $1600 for the control arms. I got a second opinion as the car only has 68000 kilometres on it. and what do you know there is nothing wrong with my car. these grubs were trying to take advantage of me. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEM AGAIN

Have been a Bridgestone Albion Park Rail customer for many years, purchasing multiple sets of Turanza Serenity Plus tyres over the years. Really appreciated Peter’s previous customer service and was disappointed to hear he’d moved on however the new manager Adam is excellent too. He promptly organised another set of Turanza SP’s for my mum’s car and excellent customer service experience. Recently purchased a car for myself and the seller insisted on being driver for any test drive and only locally on 50kmh streets. Turned out when I drove it home through 80-110 zones that the front wheels were way out of balance and the steering wheel and car were shuddering. Adam fitted me in at short notice (4 days) and the team quickly attended to and corrected the wheel balancing. When driving it home after buying it I realised it needed engine and transmission mounts which the team helpfully checked and confirmed while I was there. Thankful to Adam and his team for the great service.

Just had 4 new tyres put on my car by your Albion Park Rail workshop, after putting my wheels on and myself thinking they were the wrong tyres your staff were so friendly and accommodating to turn my tyres around as I wanted the white writing on the outside , no problem at all ,fantastic customer service from an appreciative difficult customer, Thanks so much !

Definitely not the service I’ve received at other Bridgestone outlets. There was a distinct lack of professionalism here. Price and tyres were the same as anywhere else.
