I'm satisfied with the exceptional service provided by WA Appliance. The pickup process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Their team (Ahmad) arrived promptly at the scheduled time and efficiently removed the old fridge and dishwasher from my apartment.

I was looking at getting rid of my barely used washer and dryer and I needed them gone fast. When I was meeting with an WA appliance employee, they had informed me of the unfortunate reality that my units that I had purchased 6 months prier, were of 4 years discontinued models. Which meant the resale value was much less that What I originally paid for. How ever, they were of the nicest and informative people I had talked to in regards to the sale of my units and explained to me how I was technically ripped off when I purchased these units as well as business practises used by company's who sell these white goods to basically overcharge unsuspecting customers.But I was happy that they were able to take the units away for a good price they gave me. I would recommend WA Appliance warehouse to others not by the fact that they buy used white goods, but by the fact they are very knowledgeable in the sale, purchase, resale, and the quality of the unit being sold to consumers.

Ahmad is very friendly and very helpful. He offered fair price and very helpful with moving the appliance out. Very nice and genuine guy!
