Phil was beyond incredible, he would contact me back quickly at any time, especially during the buying process when things need to be done quickly to secure a place. He always took the time to answer any questions, offer support and guidance, even after settlement. To be VERY transparent, I was first hesitant in going to a mortgage broker. I have always preferred to deal directly with banks regarding home loans/finances. However this all changed when I reached out to Mortgage choice in Menai.I can openly say that both Phil and Suzy who run Mortgage Choice at Menai are absolutely fantastic to deal with, you can trust me on this. If anyone is hesitant to speak to a broker, I can assure you that both Phil and Suzy are very professional ,confident and most importantly have a very approachable level of service. I felt a great level of trust throughout the entire process and never felt that my questions were dumb/silly.What I really enjoyed about both Phil and Suzy is that my interactions with them have been very authentic. They have a very natural/human like level of service and relaxed vibe every time I reach out to them. I would highly recommend Phil, Suzy and the Mortgage Choice Menai team!!!I had a different type of refinance than possibly the norm. I was nervous, unsure of what to do when and who does what in the whole process. Phil and Suzy made the whole process so less stressful; they were always there to answer my questions, they liaised with the conveyancer on my behalf, they let me know every step of the way what was happening and in what timeframe. When we met ‘virtually’ to discuss my needs, I felt immediately comfortable that I had found someone that was going to be able to help me, who was professional but also added that caring touch that you just knew you were in good hands. Phil reminded me a few times that no question is silly ‘as we as a customer only do this a few times in our lifetime and they do this every single day’. Phil listened to my needs, which were quite complicated and involved refinancing, consolidation and all with a great interest rate …. not easy given these times of rising interest rates!Communication was excellent, every single step I was kept informed. I really appreciated the emails throughout keeping me posted on where things were up to and what I needed to do when.
