Extremely disappointing experience. Be sure to read their returns policy carefully before considering buying! I recently purchased a necklace from their website. The quality was nowhere close to what I would have expected for its current price of $240. They do not offer refunds only store credit and your item must be returned by post within 7 days. Would not recommend buying from this brand.

Have purchased many items as gifts from bianko, the customer experience from start to finish is so seamless. The gift boxes add a nice touch and all recipients have loved the jewelry.
