MCL Locksmiths

Tom is with my real estate agent for emergency locksmith calls. Texted him with videos of my bathroom door handle (which I have never locked myself) and he said it was the lock was broken and the payment would be covered by my real estate. When he arrived he fixed it and then said it was a different problem from what he had originally discussed with me and I owed him $180 instead of it being charged to the realestate. I understand the situation, and being a call out work is challenging but he failed to communicate to me before he arrived that if it was not what he thought it was that I would have to pay. I trusted him as a professional and he failed to notify me that (1)it could have been something else from what he had said and (2) there were extra charges if it was something else from what he had said it was. If I had known that I wouldn’t have asked for him to come and fix it. Nice guy and he handled my obvious frustration well but poor communication overall about payments.

I would highly recommend using MCL Locksmiths. A+ for customer service, product and price.Was extremely helpful over the phone with my questions. Arrived on time to site. Went through all the options with me. Took their time to show me how to use the product. Followed up the next day making sure I was happy with everything.

Tom from MCL called to say he come to us early because they are working between Christmas & New Year. He was right on time, fixed 3 locks in less than half an hour. Great service from a great firm.

Fantastic group who helped with a locked letterbox key replacement that no other locksmith appeared to be able to fix unless they came out and changed the lock. MCL offered an alternative to try and cut a key and to attend if needed. The key they cut worked brilliantly.Staff were incredibly responsive and quick. Would recommend them to everyone and will call on them for any locksmith issues in future. I was very impressed by them.

MCL Locksmiths were professional, experienced and the service was exceptional. I have never used these guys in the past but I definitely will now for any locksmiths needs. Despite it being 7pm on Sunday of New Years weekend, Matt couldn’t have been nicer and more keen to help us get back in to our apartment. He drove up to the city immediately, was incredibly friendly and polite and had us in within 5 minutes.We are so grateful for his quick and friendly work - Thanks!

Excellent workmanship and communication with clients. Have used them twice for our houses and nothing was too difficult even though some of our locks and doors were old school. Special mention to Mick who was a gem and explained everything thoroughly and with so much patience!
