My partner took her car here for a roadwoarthy. It failed due to a few items. All fine. She priced up tyres. Got the other items fixed then went back to them to have them fit new tyres and finalise the RWC. They refitted the wiper blades which she replaced and then the price for the tyres was more than quoted. In my opinion this place is out to take your money. Will not be recommending this place.

Great service , great price really helped me out

I went to Cq Tyre & Mechanical for a 70,000k service as they were cheaper quoted then Toyota.I was told that my rear exhaust bracket was broken, I took the part the following day to Toyota they put the “broken part” straight back in free of charge.I have also been told the ball joints are leaking. There is no oil or grease marks what so ever on my driveway. Toyota have also said they are fine.I also had my wiper blades replaced, I wasn’t asked if I thought they were low or needed changing and to me they seemed fine. But they were changed and the blades would then not touch the windscreen, Cq Tyre and Mechanical then told me my brackets for the wipers were broken, I also questioned Toyota about them they said their fine there’s nothing wrong with them. I was then told I would get a refund which I didn’t get but I did get a complimentary set of blades. But the quality is no where near my prado wipers.I will never be returning and will be telling all my family who take their cars to them not to go back!

Came to business with tyre and caravan plumbing issue - fixed the tyre and sent us two doors down for plumbing! Great service with a smile. Thanks
